Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted AI advisor, guiding clients in optimizing AI-generated content, refining prompts, and enhancing automation workflows.
- Troubleshoot AI and workflow-related issues, assisting customers with document processing failures, prompt inconsistencies, and automation gaps.
- Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities, leveraging usage data and customer insights to recommend additional features or integrations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data science teams to refine product capabilities based on customer feedback.
- Establish and maintain regular communication cadences with clients, ensuring engagement, retention, and proactive issue resolution.
- Monitor customer success metrics, identifying risks and implementing strategic interventions to improve renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management within a SaaS or AI-driven organization.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-driven automation platforms, including troubleshooting and refining AI-generated outputs, LLM-based automation, and AI workflow design.
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical users, serving as a bridge between proposal professionals, sales teams, and engineering teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight) and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to analyze customer usage data, identify workflow inefficiencies, and provide technical solutions to improve AI adoption.
- Enthusiasm for AI-driven solutions and staying ahead of emerging trends in AI, automation, and SaaS innovations.
- Startup mindset – comfortable wearing multiple hats, working in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating across engineering, sales, and product teams.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days per week in Tysons Corner, VA).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a solutions consultant or sales engineering role, guiding customers through technical product adoption and AI-powered automation.
- Background in GovTech, proposal automation, or enterprise AI solutions is a plus.
- Strong ability to communicate technical AI concepts in a way that is accessible to non-technical users while engaging deeply with data science and engineering teams.
