    What You'll Be Doing
    As a Customer Success Contact Center Agent, you'll be the voice that represents our brand, focusing primarily on phone interactions. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Assisting customers over the phone, with occasional chat and email support based on business needs.
    • Answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, selling, retaining, and providing tailored solutions.
    • Based on business needs, conduct outbound calls and engagement with customers.
    • Delivering every interaction with exceptional service and care.
    • Building strong customer relationships and driving retention by exceeding expectations.
    • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
    • Sharing customer feedback and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

    What You'll Bring to the Team

    • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center and/or multi-channel e-commerce environment.
    • Experience and/or comfortability working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
    • Exceptional communication skills, particularly over the phone, with the ability to empathize and connect with customers.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for thinking on your feet.
    • Tech-savviness and familiarity with customer service tools and software.
    • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
    • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
