    POSITION OVERVIEW

    As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our global customer base. You will act as a trusted advisor to electronic component manufacturers, guiding them through their digital transformation journey and helping them maximize their influence within the engineering community.

    This is a high-impact role that combines relationship management, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to drive customer satisfaction, renewals, and expansions. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional value and ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Onboarding & Adoption: Lead new customers through a seamless onboarding process, providing training, resources, and support to ensure they maximize the value of the platform.
    • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to understand and address their goals.
    • Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer by gathering feedback, feature requests, and insights. Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance the platform and address customer needs.
    • Renewals & Expansion: Partner with sales and account management teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Drive high renewal rates by consistently demonstrating ROI and value.
    • Technical Support: Serve as a technical resource for customers, troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and working closely with engineering and support teams to resolve challenges efficiently.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor customer health metrics, analyze usage trends, and provide actionable insights to improve customer success strategies.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 4+ years in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or technical support, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.

    Technical Aptitude:

    • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts related to the platform. A background in electrical engineering or related fields is highly desirable.

    Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to track customer health metrics, identify trends, and drive insights.
    • Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to achieve shared goals.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Work Environment:
