  • Responsibilities

    We're looking for a tech-savvy, people-first Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be the primary point of contact for new customers, taking the handoff from sales and guiding them through onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Your mission: ensure our customers not only use BrokerBot but love it. You’ll take ownership of customer onboarding, adoption, and training across brokerages and teams, driving engagement and long-term success through proactive relationship management, education, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities: • Lead new customer onboarding and live training webinars • Coordinate and implement ongoing training for customers and their real estate agents • Organize and host webinars, workshops, and product walkthroughs, and drive attendance • Create post-training follow-up content ,including emails, help articles, and short videos • Write clear and helpful support content to grow our knowledge base and self-serve libraries • Monitor account health and usage, stepping in to drive deeper adoption when needed • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate to the dev team as needed • Collect product feedback and represent the voice of the customer in team discussions • Drive customer retention and help turn happy users into powerful referral engines Qualifications: • Strong communicator and relationship-builder—especially via Zoom, email, and chat • Tech-savvy and able to learn, explain, and troubleshoot modern SaaS tools (bonus if you’ve used platforms like ChatGPT, Zapier, Intercom, or CRMs) • A proactive, organized self-starter who can manage multiple customer relationships and projects at once • Experience organizing live training events or webinars and driving attendance • Bonus: You have real estate industry experience and can speak the language of agents and brokers • Based in Tucson, AZ, preferred, but remote is fine if you can work MT or PT hours Compensation: $50,000 Base + Bonus & Equity Incentives
