    We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with insurance inquiries, process policy changes, and ensure their accounts are updated accurately and promptly. You will deliver outstanding customer service by addressing concerns, answering questions about coverage, and helping clients better understand their policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine desire to help others. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance the customer experience while contributing to the growth and success of our agency.

    Responsibilities

    Respond to customer inquiries, process policy changes, and ensure timely, accurate account updates.

    Clearly explain insurance coverage, benefits, and options to help clients make informed decisions.

    Professionally address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely manner.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction with their insurance coverage.

    Job Qualifications

    Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles.

    Insurance license required with Insurance customer service experience preferred.

    Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing customer accounts and processing policy changes.
