Key Responsibilities: ● Drive customer adoption and usage of the B2B platform ● Develop and implement standardized onboarding processes ● Provide technical training and support for platform features ● Monitor client health metrics and identify growth opportunities ● Collect and analyze customer feedback for product improvement ● Create and maintain customer success playbooks ● Coordinate with sales team for account expansion opportunities Required Qualifications: ● 4+ years customer success experience in B2B SaaS or e-commerce ● Strong understanding of retail operations and supply chain management ● Experience with customer success metrics and health scoring ● Excellent project management and process development skills ● Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical field, or related area
