The Role:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be a hero for our customers by addressing inbound communications, serving as the front line of our brand. You’ll tackle questions, concerns, and feedback from our customers, while also helping senior leadership develop and execute strategies for workflow automation, customer retention, and other exciting initiatives.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Providing outstanding service to current and potential customers by phone, email, chat, social media, and other inbound channels by resolving issues related to orders, shipping, reviews, product inquiries, account management, and providing solutions with speed and accuracy.
Working closely with the Social Media / Marketing Team on customer loyalty, referral, retention and win-back strategies.
Leveraging advanced software tools, including AI-driven insights to improve efficiency and identify ways to elevate the customer journey.
Assisting with special projects for senior leadership that require strong software and technical know-how.
Implementing technology improvements to supercharge the overall customer experience and their interactions with our brand.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Experience: While traditional customer service experience is not required, we are looking for individuals with a natural talent for communication, who can easily connect with others, understand their needs, and convey information effectively.
Education: A college degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong computer and software skills, excellent communication skills.

Pay and Benefits: Pay is commensurate with experience. Benefits for full-time employees are available and includes PTO and paid holidays. Personal Trainer Food does not currently offer health insurance but hopes to in the future.

This position is semi-remote with our physical office located in The Colony, TX.
