You will work with SureCam’s Head of Client Success and the rest of the Client Success Team to support, guide, and develop our customers. The Client Success team takes responsibility for the entire lifecycle of our clients; from the on-boarding process through in-contract proactive engagement, client service, account growth and client retention. The mission of our Client Success team is to provide an unrivalled level of support to our clients. The client base ranges from fleets of <10 to fleets of 4,000+ so their needs are varied and interesting and we need to be technically competent as well as sympathetic to the way they want us to engage with them.
