Summary
As a key member of the Lifesight Customer Success team, you will lead client engagements, driving satisfaction and adoption of Lifesight's marketing analytics solutions. You will play a crucial role as an account lead, combining expertise in marketing attribution and analytics with strong project management and strategic media planning capabilities. Your goal is to enhance customer success through effective deployment of Lifesight’s causal inference technologies and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships across a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring engagement and satisfaction with Lifesight’s solutions.
Analytics Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert in marketing performance analysis, interpreting complex data to provide strategic insights and optimization strategies.
Product Deployment: Collaborate with technical and product teams to implement Lifesight's marketing analytics platforms, ensuring seamless integration and functionality for clients.
Continuous Learning and Improvement: Deliver training through Lifesight’s educational programs and provide ongoing support and insights to clients, adapting strategies to maximize product effectiveness.
Feedback and Innovation: Actively collect and interpret client feedback to guide future product developments and enhancements, advocating for features that meet the evolving needs of the market.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customer success or client management, preferably within the marketing technology or analytics domain.
Expertise in Marketing Analytics: Strong background in marketing attribution, multi-touch attribution (MTA), marketing mix modeling (MMM), and causal inference in marketing.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with major ad-tech and martech platforms, advanced skills in Google Analytics, and experience using statistical tools for marketing analysis.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication capabilities, including presenting complex data in an understandable format, training clients, and fostering productive discussions.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
