Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer support, administrative assistance, or a related field
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and patience
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
