Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are met
Perform administrative tasks and assist with daily office operations
Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
