Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and efficient manner
Resolve customer issues and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate departments
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Assist with order processing and ensure timely delivery of services
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Follow company guidelines to handle service requests and feedback
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in a customer service or support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support software
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
