Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities for improving support processes and contribute to team development
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Prior experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
Professional and courteous attitude at all times
