The Role:
We're seeking a Customer Support & Collections Specialist to join our growing team. Reporting to the Customer Success team, you'll be the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries and account management, ensuring smooth operations of our OneBill platform for end users. This role combines customer service excellence with technical understanding of utility billing systems.
You'll manage the full lifecycle of customer accounts, from initial enrollment through ongoing billing support and collections when needed. Working closely with our Account Management and Finance teams, you'll ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and high customer satisfaction while supporting our mission of sustainable energy adoption in the commercial sector.
Success in this role means maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring efficient revenue collection and account maintenance across our growing customer base.
