Job Summary The Customer Support delivers exceptional service to both potential and existing customers, ensuring a positive experience at every interaction. Identifies cross-selling opportunities and collaborates with sales specialists for timely follow-up. Supports the agency owner in achieving service and customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities
Builds trust and fosters strong relationships by providing professional service and addressing customer needs.
Assists with coverage, billing, claims, and product inquiries while following agency processes and procedures.
Processes policy changes, serves as a liaison with business partners, and schedules appointments for customers and agency staff.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of insurance products, billing, claims processes, and agency procedures to effectively respond to customer inquiries.
Proficiency in processing policy changes, handling customer requests, and coordinating appointments with internal teams.
Ability to establish trust and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized and professional service.
Willing to obtain insurance license ahead of first day of employment.
