    • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering exceptional service and solutions.
    • Sales Support & Execution: Guide the entire sales process—from introduction to closure—ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every client.
    • Customer Satisfaction: Provide prompt and professional service, resolving issues swiftly while managing client expectations and follow-up actions to ensure satisfaction.
    • Account Management: Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information to enhance relationships and inform the management team.
