We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support & Photo Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support while ensuring the highest quality standards for car photos used in our platform. You will serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to our services, and you will play a key role in reviewing and verifying car photos to maintain our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Respond to Inquiries & Manage Tickets: Address customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, and create, track, and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
Troubleshoot & Escalate Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or management for further assistance.
Maintain Professionalism & Customer Satisfaction: Provide a positive and professional experience in all customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation of feedback and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Photo Quality Review:
Ensure photos meet specified criteria, including clarity, completeness, and adherence to industry standards.
Identify and flag photos that do not meet quality standards and communicate feedback to the team for corrections or resubmission.
Collaborate with the photography team or other departments to suggest improvements for photo quality and processes.
Provide feedback and report on trends, including common issues or recurring photo quality problems.
Qualifications:
Skills: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to clearly articulate complex information. Attention to detail, particularly in image review or quality control.
Technical: Familiarity with photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) or similar software a plus. Comfortable using support ticketing systems.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot customer issues effectively and think critically about solutions.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a keen eye for detail when reviewing photos.
