Responsibilities: • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints • Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries about homes, services, and general inquiries • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and update new account information as needed • Handle challenging customer issues following the provided scripts and escalate when necessary • Recognize common customer problems for efficient resolution • Perform scheduling and various administrative tasks • Utilize company software to ensure precise property/tenant data management • Support department with daily duties such as data entry, faxing, and scanning Qualifications: • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role • Proficiency with a computer • An in-depth understanding of customer interactions is required • Demonstrating exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal abilities is a must • Being able to assess and prioritize information effectively for decision-making is vital • Previous experience in Property Management would be advantageous Compensation: $13 - $16 hourly
