Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate order processing, and communication. Builds and maintains business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote an exceptional customer experience. Candidate will sit at our front desk.
DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct all customer communications in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customers’ installation and technical inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Answer incoming telephone calls.
- Assist customers in showroom with general product information.
- Confirm price changes to customer and obtain final approval prior to issuing order for production.
- Support Sales staff as needed.
- Call customers to schedule templates, installations and service work.
- Invoicing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years in customer service related experience.
- Proficient Microsoft Office Software to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Pleasant phone voice and demeanor, excellent attitude, desire to assist co-workers and being a team player are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to think independently, and follow-up on tasks.
- Ability to multi-task and switch from one assignment to the next without being flustered.
- Strong math skills.
- General Knowledge of Kitchen & Bathe Industry or related Construction Processes PREFERRED.
