The Position The company is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist who can contribute to a variety tasks, including: End-User Support and Account Maintenance End-User and Client Relations Technology Testing and Documentation Other Miscellaneous Tasks
There is also potential for picking up tutoring hours yourself if you have subject competency in relevant college courses and subjects
As an online tutoring provider for a variety of schools across the country, responsive and empathetic end-user support is essential to client satisfaction. ThinkingStorm receives high marks for the level of end-user support it delivers to a diverse and remote audience of students.
Our ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills (phone and email), technological aptitude, and a positive attitude. This is a remote position. A modern computer and reliable high-speed internet connection are required. Preference will be given to applicants who have prior experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, education technology, and/or customer support.
