    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in our Slidell office. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In this role, you will communicate with Wireless Prepaid Dealers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly and computer savvy.

    Responsibilities

    Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails

    Identify the wireless prepaid dealers’ needs, collect relevant information, and provide solutions

    Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with the wireless prepaid dealers

    Document all interactions

    Attend training to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED

    Previous wireless experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred but not required

    Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy

    Excellent phone and verbal communication skills

    Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite

    Understanding of active listening techniques

    Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
