Export Logistics CS Coordinator - Bilingual

MUST BE FLUENT BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH - SPEAK, WRITE AND READ.

Full Time, Monday - Friday, hourly rate based on experience.

Responsible for accurate documentation, scheduling and communication of outgoing orders, via ocean containers. Coordinate shipping dates and times with freight forwarders as well as the provide important updates to the customer base. Maintain adequate performance levels and communication with assigned customer base, as well as, working with internal teams to ensure orders/shipments are correct and timely.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for making sure all communications received are responded to in a timely manner.
• Order guide maintenance and distribution.
• Process Orders - exported and shipped timely and accurately.
• Point of communication with involved parties.
• Responsible for research and investigation.
• Keep an open line of communication with the customers and outside resources.
• Preparation of required shipping documents and certificates for shipments.
• Prepare monthly reports for corporate office.
• Build, cultivate and maintain positive relationships internally with departments and externally with outside resources.
• All other tasks for the good of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish Language required
• Prior export experience.
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records. Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and present decision making skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
• Ability to work in a technological environment demonstrating proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and Excel/data base applications.

Customized Distribution, LLC, known as cdi, is a growing company that was started in Jacksonville, FL in 2000. We are a customer and employee focused company, specializing in customized foodservice distribution to national and regional restaurant chains throughout the southeast. Through the years, as we continued to grow, there was a need for a distribution center in Atlanta, Georgia. We opened our Atlanta facility in March of 2008. And, with continued steady growth we began servicing our customers out of our newest facility location, Jackson, Mississippi, in late summer 2014.
