Job Description

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst that applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a technical SAP S/4HANA subject matter expert within the Sales and Distribution and Customer Relationship Management domains. Frequently contributes new ideas and methods to ensure continuous improvement. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to development teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance on process improvements and establishing policies. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined assignments to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. Looking for a candidate that can work in a team environment and execute challenging tasks in a timely fashion.

• Participates as a member of and leads development teams. Performs analysis of complex functional and business requirements. Designs solutions for others to code. Participates in cross-functional teams. Leads design activities. Designs, prepares and executes Unit tests. Represents team to internal customers.
• Demonstrates technical leadership and exerts influence outside of immediate team. Develops innovative team solutions to complex problems. Contributes to strategic direction for teams.
• Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to provide maintenance solutions across one or more technology areas (e.g. Database Administration).
• Performs solution design. Leads design of highly complex infrastructure and software solutions.
• Integrates technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions.
• Conduct new feature risk analyses and code reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned by IT Director

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience of functional/technical SAP S/4HANA.
• General Project Management. Customer/ Vendor Management. Business Analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and verbal/written communication.
• Ability to work with a team of SAP programming and declarative experts. 
• Experience with large-scale implementations, integrations, and orgs (150+ Users).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
