    Job Description

    Technical Support and Software Testing Analyst Join our small but growing team as we pursue our vision to make rapid, remote digital forensics and incident response accessible, usable, and valuable to all businesses to improve their resiliency to cyberattack.     ROLE

    This position reports to the Chief Product Officer at our headquarters office in Ashburn, VA, though remote candidates will be considered. This team member is excited about cybersecurity, software development, and working with customers. We're small and all team members count, so you'll have tremendous ownership, influence, and impact on the products and customers you support.

    The ideal person for this role will enjoy working with customers, helping to solve their issues, and keeping them engaged with the company. When not providing technical support, this person will also assist in the testing of our software to both help us make it better and to learn more about the platform being supported.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work with customers to support the CyFIR Enterprise digital forensics and incident response platform.
    • Assist customers through starting a request for help, logging thatrequest into a ticketing system, following-up with engineering staff to monitor progress, and assisting the customer in implementing any configuration changes or fixes.
    • Be the customer's advocate in development meetings and fully project the voice of the customer during product related discussions.
    • Develop test plans and execute those test plans to test the CyFIR Enterprise platform when not assisting customers.

    JOB DESIREMENTS

    Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and concepts helpful, background in digital forensics and incident response preferred.

    Four year degree in a technical discipline preferred.

    AgileScrum experience helpful, even better if it's with Jira.

    Bonus points if you've worked with tools like IBM BigFix, Resilient, Splunk

    This position is local to our Ashburn, VA office, but we will consider remote candidates within the United States.
