The Role:
We are seeking a Software Engineer with a passion for solving challenging software problems and a solid foundation in software development. This role is for those who thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to innovative projects. You'll help develop software solutions that are impactful, efficient, and push the boundaries of what's possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise in Python, emphasizing clean, efficient, and robust code.
• Architect and deploy scalable, resilient cloud-based applications using AWS.
• Optimize application performance and scalability with Docker and other tools.
• Design, develop, and manage relational databases to ensure optimal data integrity and management.
• Exhibit a strong team and independent work ethic, prioritizing and resolving issues, and effectively communicating within a team dynamic.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-4 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python programming.
• Solid experience with AWS, Docker, and Relational Databases, showcasing the ability to design, deploy, and manage sophisticated software solutions.
• Proficiency in additional programming languages such as JavaScript, Go, or Rust. (Preferred, not required)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for full-stack development capabilities. (Preferred, not required)
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Github Actions
• Experience working in Agile development environments, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• A collaborative spirit, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Educational Requirements:
A high school diploma is required, though a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a diploma.
