Overview:

We are seeking a Cyber Systems Test Engineer to support the Operational Test and Evaluation Force (OPTEVFOR). This role is critical in evaluating the operational cyber survivability of U.S. Navy platforms and systems. It involves developing and executing structured Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) activities, including cyber survivability assessments using Mission Effect Test and Analysis (META).

Required Qualifications:

Must have DoDD 8570 IAM/IAT II certification or ability to obtain within six months after task order award.

Must comply with one of the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:

• Computer Science

• Computer/Electrical engineering

• Systems Engineering (technical)

• Aeronautical engineering

Or

Minimum two years of DoD cybersecurity experience AND Minimum two years experience in one of the following:

• Network engineering

• Programming (C/C++, Python, Bash, etc.)

• Systems test engineering

• Project management

• Penetration testing

Security Requirements:

Must possess or be eligible for a TS/TS SCI security clearance.

Specific security requirements will be detailed in a DD254 provided at the task order level.
