We are seeking a Cyber Test Coordinator to lead, plan, and execute cybersecurity test events in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Army test and evaluation policies. The Cyber Test Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that cyber testing activities are fully integrated into system development and acquisition lifecycles, and that all testing aligns with the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), Army T&E guidance, and Department of Test and Evaluation (DTE) directives.
This role requires strong coordination with stakeholders across cybersecurity, acquisition, system development, and operational test communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead coordinator for cyber test events, including developmental test (DT), operational test (OT), Cooperative Vulnerability and Penetration Assessments (CVPA), and Adversarial Assessments (AA).
- Develop and maintain Cyber Test Plans and other required test documentation, ensuring alignment with the TEMP and DoD Cybersecurity T&E Guidebook.
- Support the authoring, review, and update of Test and Evaluation Master Plans, Cybersecurity Strategy documents, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifacts.
- Coordinate and facilitate test working groups (TWGs), Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and other collaboration forums to ensure readiness and execution of cyber test events.
- Work with system developers, cybersecurity professionals, test organizations, and evaluators to ensure cybersecurity requirements are testable and measurable.
- Support test range coordination and instrumentation planning in preparation for cyber events.
- Track and manage test objectives, measures, data requirements, and resources.
- Document test results and support the development of evaluation reports and briefings for stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Ensure cyber test activities align with DoD Instruction 5000.89, AR 73-1, and related guidance for Cyber Survivability and Cybersecurity.
- Maintain awareness of Army and DoD cyber T&E policies, procedures, and tools.
- Ensure cyber test events are executed in secure, accredited environments that comply with RMF standards.
- Provide schedule coordination, status reporting, and milestone tracking for all cyber testing phases.

Required Skills
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 12 years of experience in cyber related work
- Minimum 5 years of specific experience in cybersecurity testing, test coordination, or systems engineering, preferably in a DoD or Army environment.
- In-depth understanding of:
- Coordinating interdisciplinary teams and test activities across multiple organizations and test sites.
- Production of high-quality technical documentation and briefings.
- Cyber ranges, test instrumentation, and data analysis tools.
- U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret clearance required.
- Willing and able to travel to test sites and facilities as needed (10-25%)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a technical field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or PMP.
- Experience supporting major defense acquisition programs (MDAPs).
- Familiarity with Army Cybersecurity T&E Working Integrated Product Teams (WIPTs).
- Experience with automated test tools and cybersecurity simulation environments.
- TS/SCI or Eligible

- May require travel to test sites and DoD facilities (~10–25%).
- Hybrid or on-site work depending on program and security needs.
- Fast-paced, mission-critical environment supporting national defense.
