    Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to work for our company.

    Summary:

    • Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency.
    • Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance. (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
    • ****Will perform a variety of routine project tasks focused on applying specialized cybersecurity principles to complex system and technology problems.
    • Will lead the integration of electronic processes and methodologies to address total system cybersecurity requirements, analyzing information security needs, and actively working to counter evolving cyber threats.
    • Analyze information security requirements and contribute to the development and implementation of security controls for the Oracle EBS 12.x environment.
    • Monitor and analyze evolving cyber threats, conducting vulnerability and CVE analysis and proposing remediation strategies.
    • Manage and enhance identity lifecycle processes, IAM permissions, and user access controls within the Oracle EBS framework.
    • Apply cloud security best practices to the ERP solution and related infrastructure, collaborating with hosting provider teams (data center or cloud) to ensure compliance with security requirements.
    • Possess a strong understanding of the Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) process and apply relevant controls.
    • Apply analytical and systematic approaches to resolve problems related to workflow, organization, and planning from a security perspective.
    • Provide security engineering support throughout the system lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, demonstration, and integration of information systems related to Oracle EBS.
    • Work closely with Hosting provider's (data center or cloud) Engineering team to ensure strict adherence to security requirements and protocols.
    • Utilize experience with at least one SIEM tool and possess working knowledge of Oracle Audit Vault and Database Firewall (AVDF) for security monitoring and analysis.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive application security configuration documentation, policies, and standards.
    • Implement, develop, manage, and support Oracle User Management capabilities (ICAM).
    • Utilize experience with more than one security assessment tool (e.g., Oracle Database Security Assessment Tool (DBSAT)) to identify and address security vulnerabilities.

    Requirements:

    • Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
    • ****Must have 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
    • Must have deep experience in Oracle technologies, specifically in supporting and enhancing Oracle EBS 12.x solutions.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    Preferences:

    • One of the following certifications: IAT-II security certification: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, CISSA, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP

    • DFARS 252.239-7001 Information Assurance Contractor Training and Certification.

    • One of the following certifications: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations 2020 Certified Associate, Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Oracle WebLogic Server 12c Administrator, Oracle Java SE 8 Programmer I, Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Essentials (OEM 12c), Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) 12c R1: Fundamentals, Oracle Planning 202x Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Oracle Identity Governance 12c: Essentials.
