Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Cybersecurity / Testing Engineer to safeguard our systems against cyber threats and ensure rigorous testing of system functionality. The ideal candidate will lead cybersecurity efforts and establish testing protocols to ensure that the system meets military-grade security and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Cybersecurity
Implement robust defense systems to secure our platform from cyberattacks.
Manage encryption, secure communications, and threat mitigation strategies.
Testing
Develop and execute testing plans to validate system performance in real-world and simulated environments.
Ensure that the system meets security, functionality, and performance benchmarks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or defense systems testing.
Strong understanding of encryption, secure communications, and defense-grade security practices.
Coachable & Strategic:
Willing to listen and adapt based on guidance from LSG.
Able to translate strategic vision into practical actions.
Security and Eligibility Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
Eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance if required.
