JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking motivated, passion-filled individuals who are fitness-minded and have a love for building an AWESOME membership community! We are the fastest-growing indoor cycling brand looking for individuals who want to grow with us! We have a short-term need for a professional to progress quickly to the Team Lead position, and, with our second site in St. John Co. in the works, we'll be needing another General Manager soon too! The sky is the limit!!

RESPONSIBILITIES In a nutshell, a CBX- CycleBar Experience (Sales) Associate helps to grow our membership base and build the CycleBar experience:

Manage the full life cycle of the sales process from generating leads through closing membership, as well as promoting retail sales

Provide superior professional and friendly service to all new and existing riders

Role model the brand; help to build an inclusive, engaging team environment that promotes relationships with staff and members

Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production and maintain the brand's standards

Partner collaboratively with studio management and franchise owner

Participate in special events occasionally (e.g., community markets, grand openings, and fitness events) to promote the club

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of two years in retail or fitness sales

Excellent sales, communication, and relationship-building skills

Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail

Must have a genuine hospitality focus and passion for people and fitness

Ability to learn the Club Ready software systems

Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and text/email

Preferred: At least 6 months of experience in the fitness, wellness, or beauty industry

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to move bikes, and perform minor bike maintenance, as well as clean (e.g., CycleTheater, bathrooms, lobby, etc.)

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
