Cygnal is hiring an Account Strategist to be a member of our Client Account Management team. You will be involved in the entire polling process from the script to the analysis, interfacing with our pollsters and clients.

Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate polls and other research projects using clear communication
Write effective poll scripts that answer client questions and provide insights
Interpret survey results and craft analysis decks with key insights and strategic recommendation
Ensure quality control of every project the pollsters and clients are involved in
Collaborate with the Accounts team and other internal teams
Occasionally present poll results to clients via phone calls and video conferencing
What you’ll bring to the table:
Experience on political campaigns and excellent writing and strategic skills
Ready-to-go, do-what-it-takes-to-succeed attitude

Requirements
2+ years of experience in political campaigns, committees or caucuses
Superb verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex ideas and confidently make strategic recommendations
Thorough attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
Mental toughness to balance competing project demands
Ability to work with numbers and interpret data
Second-nature computer skills and ability to work with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other internal communication tools
Flexibility to work weekends and/or unconventional hours as needed
Reside in or willing to relocate to Washington, DC
