The Team Associate role will have an emphasis on promoting the business to the community and assisting with every day duties. Duties may include cleaning, selling, customer service, and problem solving. A typical day may include opening/closing the facility, assisting customers with their product and service needs, and working side by side with our instructors to help book lessons, camps, and clinics.

Job Responsibilities

Follow guidelines to maintain daily operations of the facility

Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Manage and coordinate activities, including scheduling, preparation, marketing, selling, and presentation

Inventory management

Payment processing

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Requirements

Previous experience in retail

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

Ability to follow procedures, principles, and practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities
