As a Program Representative you will be tasked to ensure the day-to-day operation of the program between DASI and its partners. You will be responsible for issuing, coordinating and managing purchase orders, as well as all steps of the process, ensuring parts get delivered to customers right first time within the agreed lead-time. You will serve as the lead point of contact for the day-to-day account management matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the Day-to-day operational needs​ of the programs assigned
• Mange Order expedites and updates​
• Issue escalation​s to Program Manager​
• Support Monthly Reviews​ with Metrics
• Update and produce Operational Reporting​
• Identify Business Growth Opportunities
• Support Program Risk Management​
• Highlight and develop Process Efficiency and Improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned
