    POSITION TITLE: Marketing Manager, North America - Remote DIVISION: DDC FPO, North America POSITION REPORTS TO: Global Marketing Director POSITIONS REPORTING TO THIS POSITION: n/a FLSA STATUS: Regular Full-Time, Exempt

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: This position will dive deep and be fully immersed into DDC’s business, our clients, and the industries we serve. You will develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels to support business objectives, promote customer retention, and advance brand building. Serving as the primary support system for strategic events, you will manage all logistics and provide clear and consistent communication across all event participants. You will be responsible for ensuring that our content is valuable and sought after by our target audiences; proactively learn new technologies to maximize our brand and our campaigns; and practice agility by adapting schedules as necessary to balance overarching program milestones and fast-emerging deadlines.

    YOUR PRIMARY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

    • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.

    • Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets.

    • Write, review, and approve content as needed in conjunction with and in oversight of agency contributions, including but not limited to blog posts, social media content, emails, landing pages, advertisements, etc., prior to Director review.

    • Coordinate asset design and provide art direction to graphic designer for creation of collateral, business cards, advertisements, etc.

    • Create and manage team on-site event schedules, coordinate logistics of event sponsorships and all deliverables to event partners.

    • Manage vendors and hold external marketing partners accountable to deliverables and deadlines.

    • Utilize reporting to evaluate performance, identify successful tactics, communicate results to internal stakeholders, and leverage findings to plan for the future - including implementing changes to improve metrics.

    • Act as a liaison between Client Account Management, Sales, IT, and Marketing for collaboration on asset or campaign production and to provide education of marketing initiatives and available resources.

    • Manage digital and tangible marketing asset inventory.

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION HAS OR IS...

    • 5+ years in marketing and communications with excellent writing skills (B2B industries preferred)

    • 4+ years experience with digital content creation, including atomization for integrated, multi-channel campaigns

    • Intermediate knowledge of SEO

    • A 4-year degree minimum in Communications, Journalism, or another closely-related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)

    • Strong project management skills

    • Resourcefulness and the desire to learn by doing

    • A knack for details and enjoys event management

    • The ability to manage vendors and hold external marketing partners accountable

    • A drive to learn new marketing tools, technology, and processes

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    • Experience with content management systems, customer relationship management platforms, and/or email service providers (HubSpot preferred)

    • Experience in cloud-based teamwork platforms (Microsoft SharePoint or Asana preferred)

    • Ability and willingness to travel when necessary

    • References that can verify positive contributions to an organization both as an individual and as a team member in a collaborative group setting
