Job Description
As part of the technology lab, you will be working on different parts of our information systems. More specifically, your responsibilities may include:
Provide excellent service to customers
A history of resolving complex support issues that may not be well documented, and apply your knowledge to writing and improving support procedures
Identify customer needs and current issues internally and externally
Have the ability to evaluate new technology, deploy and maintain new services
Qualifications
Experience in Shell Scripting, operating systems: MacOS, Linux, Chrome OS, mobile OS, iOS & Android and a large variety of applications
Experience with Cisco IOS (CLI) or Cisco certification, IT security, MDM
Industry training such as Microsoft MCSE, MCITP
Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications
Familiar with ticketing system, Project Management, suppliers management and SLA dashboards
Have or currently pursuing a Bachelors, Masters degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering or a related field
