General Dentisgt Associate Part time or Full time. Job description
We are a one doctor owned private practice with state-of-the-art technology. We are in search of an awesome associate dentist to join our team! We strive toward providing our patients with exceptional comprehensive care. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a positive, pleasant, and friendly personality, detail oriented and able to multitask while staying focused.
Requirements:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
Valid state dental license and DEA Certification
Knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health conditions
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance in a dental setting
Experience working in a fast pace dental office environment preferred
Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software
Knowledge of infection control protocols and practices
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends
Duties:
Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crown and bridge work and root canal therapy
Perform Prophylaxis, perio maintenance and scaling and root planing
Perform comprehensive dental examinations
Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions
Develop personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages based on their oral health needs
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive measures to maintain excellent oral health
Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienist to provide comprehensive dental care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the best possible care
Compensation is based on a contractual agreement depending on experience.
