Job description

Abria Detox is a newly established, private facility offering 24/7 detoxification and withdrawal management services. We specialize in treating individuals who have substance use as well as co-occurring mental health disorders. Our facility has 20 beds and serves both male and female patients aged 18 and older.

We are seeking LADC/ADC-T who are enthusiastic about the field of behavioral health to join our team. We offer both full-time and part-time positions for day, evening and weekend shifts.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Complete a comprehensive assessment.·

Complete a discharge plan.

Provide group counseling daily.

Develop continuing care plans.

Initiate and maintain ongoing communication with client referral, probation, social service agencies, etc.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

Meet the qualification requirements for an alcohol and drug counselor (LADC or ADC-T)

1+ years of experience providing individual and group counseling to individuals with substance use disorder

Must be free of problematic substance use for at least the two years immediately preceding employment

Must have First Aid/CPR certification or be willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.
