Who you are:

Ability to build a culture that aligns with Gameway's Core Values.

Setting sales goals and incentive plans for Employees.

Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Development of crew members.

Supervise Employees and hold them accountable to guest service experience.

Responsible for all day-to-day operations, including but not limited to; sales, closing/opening procedures, and keeping up with airport policies.

Enforcing company guidelines, including safety, cash and credit card handling accuracy, proper uniform attire, grooming, and employee attendance.

Identifying and Managing COGs while maintaining a relationship with vendors.

Inventory Management.

Able to work in high stress environments.

Job Requirements:

3+ years in Management/Leadership.

Must possess a sales mindset with no objection to talk to guest walking by location.

High Energy and Positive Attitude

Create great team culture.

Required to obtain a badge.

Due to the nature of the airport you must be flexible with schedules including weekends and holidays.

Able to learn and operate our Point of Sale system.

Have knowledge on the PC's and PlayStation/Xbox consoles as well as all the newest and most popular games.

Know and execute Gameway procedures.

Pass a background check for badging (required by the airport).

Self-motivated and able to be creative in finding ways of increasing revenue

Extremely reliable to show up for your shifts on time, every time.

Stand for long duration during your shift.

Pay:

$18-22 a hour
