DH Insurance Group LLC recently launched in South Florida and is looking for driven, highly motivated individuals to join our sales team. Base plus commissions, all inbound leads provided. Hedge fund backed and operated by well-known South Florida-based entrepreneurs and Wall Street veterans, the company is focused on the exploding market for Medicare Advantage (MA) and Medicare Supplements and is aggressively building the team in all areas.
YOUR ROLE:
- Field inbound calls and provide guidance on insurance plan selection to the Over 65 market.
- Participate in a team environment, where training and coaching are provided, and opportunities for growth and advancements are driven by performance.
- Develop and deploy an expertise in the health insurance market that helps seniors make informed decisions that provide peace of mind and save them money.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, both internally and externally.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have a high level of confidence and conviction in your professional abilities.
- You are self-motivated and accountable.
- You have a warm, engaging speaking style, and genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems.
- You have 1-2 relevant years of work experience, preferably working directly with customers and potential customers, either over the phone or in person.
- You have the ability to take complex products and to communicate characteristics and advantages in simple terms.
- You have a track record of success in both personal and professional pursuits.
- While knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus, no insurance industry experience is required. The company will train and sponsor for the Florida Life and Health (2-15) Exam.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- $30,000 Base Salary
- $100,000+ On Target Earnings
- Health Insurance with 50% employer-paid subsidy
