    Fine Jewelry Sales Consultant (Full-time, On-Site, Sundays off) Share your passion of fine jewelry with others! Help guests celebrate their special occasions each day while celebrating your growth and continued expertise in a unique and personal selling environment. Comprehensive ongoing training will enable you to be confident and successful in presenting the superior products DJ Bitzan offers. Responsibilities: • Provide a fun and memorable experience for clients each time they visit • Assist in preserving heirloom pieces • Cultivate personalized relationships and repeat business with current and potential clients through individual clienteling efforts • Strive for personal sales goals and assist fellow team members in achieving store-wide goals • Exhibit a team-oriented spirit and assist with daily store duties • Continuous learning that expands your knowledge of gemstones, watches, product lines, trends, and in-store offerings Qualifications: • Appreciate the craftsmanship of fine jewelry/watches • Ability to speak eloquently about the features and benefits of items • Professional and dependable • Previous experience in Professional sales and managing client books preferred • Strong communication and relational skills • Extremely well organized with excellent attention to detail • Be comfortable reaching out to customers to make follow-up connections and/or recommendations when new items arrive in-store • Prior experience with fine jewelry is a plus (selling, appraising) Compensation: $42,000 - $85,000+
