Training & development

All Star Driving School is an established driving school with two locations. Rancho Cucamonga and Norco. We are now hiring for full and part-time driving instructors at both locations. As a driving instructor responsibilities and qualifications include but are not limited to the following:

In search for Instructors in the Norco area · Teach behind the wheel training for beginning drivers.

· Must possess great communication skills for driving practices to the student and the parents.

· Our students are available after school, weekends, holidays, school breaks, and during summer break. We are open 6 days a week. We operate from 10 AM to 6 PM Monday –Friday. Hours are 8 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays.

· Keep legible and accurate records that reflect the training provided and any problems that occur and relate to the student’s progress.

· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

· Prior experience and having an instructor license is a plus but not required to apply for the position.

· We do offer paid training and guidance to obtain the necessary license to become a driving instructor.

· Must a HS Diploma or GED certificate to qualify.

· Must have a good driving record, a professional appearance, and a valid driver’s license and social security card.

· National finger-print LIVE scan, background check, DOT physical and drug testing required.

· Must be 30 years of age for licensing and insurance purposes.
