Mitigation Foreman Our organization is seeking a talented individual to fill a critical position as a Mitigation Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a person with experience in the restoration industry who is looking for a new challenge. The ideal candidate will be someone who has hands-on experience in supervising all aspects of a mitigation project and can effectively manage a team of skilled workers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the Project Manager on all job site activities

Execute job action plan for restoration production

Communicate workflow and scope of work with team members assigned to project

Work directly and lead team members to remove/ demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites

Supervise the crew and along with any additional subcontractors or vendors on site

Utilize truck mounted Extractor efficiently to extract standing water

Set up and place drying equipment, move tools, and restock vans

Maintain job site safety

Utilize Company software to document loss sites along side of project manager

Take photos at different stages of a project

Required Qualifications

Use Email and other software

Clean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations

Working in a team environment

Working in tight or confined spaces

On-callc per rotation schedule (Paid OT, 2x pay for on call/ after-hours work)

Hourly: $18.00 - $23.00 + Bonus and Incentives + Benefits Package for Full Time Employees + Paid Training
