Companion Support Staff Needed

Are you ready for a unique and fulfilling role? We have an exciting opportunity for compassionate individuals to become Companion Support Staff for a young man with autism in the Bethlehem area.

Position Details:

Hours: P/T, Thursday and/or Saturday overnights 9:00 pm–9::00 am

Location: In the comfort of the individual's home

Responsibilities: Provide companionship and ensure safety while he sleeps. You can use your phone or computer during your shift. Assisting /guiding him with breakfast and self-care in the morning.

What We Offer:

Competitive compensation: $20 per hour

Flexible scheduling: Work every weekend or every other weekend

Job sharing with a friend is an option

Qualifications:

Minimum age requirement: 18 years old

Demonstrated reliability and responsibility.

Successful completion of a drug test and the PA Background Check process

Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

High school diploma
