    We are looking for a Staff Accountant interested in growing with our finance team as we continue to expand our business. This position will play a key role in optimizing our accounts payable function and will have an immediate positive impact on the organization. The ideal candidate will have an entry-level accounting foundation, while also being eager to learn about our business and help implement new processes.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Process all daily accounts payable transactions for the company
    • Own the end to end AP process including recording vendor payments, credit card transactions, and related entries
    • Assist with the timeliness and accuracy of the month end close
    • Assist with the optimization of accounting procedures
    • Create and prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
    • Assist the Controller with future growth initiatives and projects
    • Preparation of monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and analytics

    SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1 year experience in public or industry accounting, strong internship experience will be considered
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Strong excel skills
    • General understanding of GAAP
    • NetSuite experience a plus
