Medical Equipment Technician Support Dalton Medical Corp. - Farmers Branch, TX Full-time, Part-time JOB REQUIREMENTS * Experience providing technical support, resolve technical problems and Customer service for durable medical equipment. * RMA activities on a daily basis. * Inspect, test durable medical equipment following manufacturers specifications. (i.e. hospital beds, wheel chairs, patient lifts, oxygen concentrators, and mattress pumps) * Troubleshoot to determine causes of operating errors and knowledge of how to repair. * Test and calibrate components and equipment following manufacturers manuals and troubleshooting techniques. * Keep accurate records of all service performed. * Perform on-site repairs as needed. * Assists with Shipping and Receiving as required. * Maintains work area in order to keep neat, clean, and organized. * Must be able to lift 50 -75 Lbs. Required Education High School Diploma or equivalent Required Skills & Experience * At least 2 years of related mechanical skills and training on repairing durable medical equipment. * Able to read and comprehend manuals provided by equipment manufacturers. * Basic computer skills.
