We’re passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children, and we’re looking for a highly organized and proactive individual who can balance both teaching and administrative responsibilities to support the growth of our programs.

    Role Overview: The Kinderdance Teacher & Administrative Assistant will play a dual role within our organization. As a teacher, you will lead engaging movement-based classes that support children's physical and cognitive development. As an administrative assistant, you will provide essential support to the CEO, program managers, and the broader team to ensure smooth daily operations, HR coordination, and program growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Teaching Responsibilities:

    Lead Kinderdance and or Sportball classes for children ages 2-12.

    Create a fun and engaging learning environment that fosters movement, creativity, and confidence.

    Follow structured lesson plans while adapting to children's needs and developmental levels.

    Maintain a professional and energetic teaching presence.

    Ensure safety and proper class management techniques are followed.

    Communicate with parents about their child’s progress and class details.

    Assist in curriculum development and training materials.

    Administrative Responsibilities:

    1. CEO & Program Support:

    Prepare proposals and manage scheduling.

    Maintain program websites and registration systems.

    Communicate program guidelines and updates to stakeholders.

    Manage parent communications and registration information.

    Organize and file company documents.

    Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients.

    Update and enforce office policies and procedures.

    Maintain accurate contact lists and manage invoicing.

    1. Human Resources & Team Support:

    Assist with preparing schedules and payroll reports.

    Organize and track sign-in sheets.

    Assist in hiring and onboarding new instructors and coaches.

    Schedule and communicate training sessions and criteria.

    Maintain team member files, ensuring all required documentation is up to date.

    Coordinate and communicate staff scheduling and assignments.

    1. Program Manager Support:

    Assist program managers with distributing and maintaining training materials (e.g., lesson plans, music, videos).

    Ensure training criteria and materials are communicated effectively.

    Qualifications:

    Experience teaching dance, gymnastics, or movement-based programs for young children.

    Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

    Familiarity with educational or sports programs is a plus.

    CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
