Job Description

DARK WOLF SOLUTIONS is looking for a SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR who is interested in working in a fast-paced environment supporting and maintaining both cloud-native and on premise DevSecOps platforms for a DoD customer. The successful candidate will monitor on-prem and cloud infrastructure and services, resolve system issues, manage IT performance, and administer user accounts, among other responsibilities. Our System Administrators are asked to solve challenging problems for unique customers and have a direct impact on the direction of software products and solutions used by those customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrator support to maintain on-prem and cloud environments and support users in unclassified and classified networks
• Manage installations, upgrades, and configuration of hardware and software
• Assess system performance recommend improvements
• Support backup and disaster recovery planning
• Provide on-call IT support during business hours and support after hours emergencies
• Ensure platform and networks are compliant with DoD policies

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with linux command line and bash scripting
• Experience providing administrative support within commercial cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP
• Experience deploying and maintaining tools deployed to on-prem and cloud environments
• Experience supporting user requests and troubleshooting issues
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and Agile software development
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science of related field
• US CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARABLE TO A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity with cloud native architectures and platforms including Kubernetes
• Experience with DoD FedRAMP authorized cloud platforms such as AWS GovCloud and Azure Government
• Development experience with scripting languages such as Python, PHP, or JavaScript
• Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation process and security requirements
