This position is based in the Portland, OR metro area, with a hybrid work location. We are looking for candidates who can meet the requirement of working at least 2 days per week onsite at NEEA’s office location. Finalists must have eligibility to work in the US as NEEA is not able to provide VISA sponsorship or have remote work outside of the US.
Position Summary
The Data Analyst is an integral part of the Data Team at NEEA, serving as a subject matter expert in data management, conducting data and analytical activities for a variety of program teams, and supporting continuous improvement of data processes.
The Data Analyst will partner with senior team members to scope and implement data acquisition and data integrity projects. They will conduct QA activities and work to ensure data assets are clean, housed securely and cataloged to support access and analysis. The Data Analyst will research and vet new data sources to evaluate value to NEEA programs and organizational goals.
They will conduct analysis, create reports, visualizations and build processes to support data product development for internal audiences, market actors, and other NEEA stakeholders. Their work will drive market insights and support business decisions.

Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000, exempt

This role does not have any direct reports. However, there may be some leadership opportunities while partnering with external vendors, contractors, etc.
