    Job Title: Data Analyst

    Department: Business Operations – Shared Services

    Reports To: NetSuite Administrator

    Location: On-Site, St. Louis, MO

    Job Summary

    The Business Intelligence & Data Analyst plays a critical role in solving complex business challenges by leveraging data insights. This role requires advanced analytical skills to interpret trends, identify patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive organizational decision-making. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create forecasts, reports, and strategic plans while ensuring data quality and accuracy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Data Analysis & Insights

    1. Use intellectual curiosity and emerging channel trends to uncover business insights that drive value.
    2. Analyze large datasets, eliminating irrelevant data to produce accurate, actionable outputs.
    3. Perform industry market analysis to identify drivers of performance, including sales volumes, customer retention, and ROI.

    - Collaboration & Communication:

    1. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to address business challenges and develop pricing, costing, and inventory strategies.
    2. Present complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to leadership and stakeholders.

    Reporting & Dashboards:

    1. Build multi-layered dashboards and generate automated daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
    2. Develop scripts using Python and JavaScript for seamless data transmission and assist with reporting automation.

    Program Development:

    1. Create an organization-wide industry trend program that integrates customer and market insights into operations and innovation initiatives.

    Statistical & Quantitative Analysis

    1. Perform data mining, trend identification, and blending of datasets to drive insights.
    2. Build supply/demand forecasts and inventory targets using statistical methodologies.

    Documentation & Data Integrity:

    1. Ensure data security, privacy, and accuracy, serving as the data subject matter expert.
    2. Document technical requirements, designs, and processes to facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing.

    Qualifications

    Experience:

    1. Experience in wireless sales or procurement preferred.
    2. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose system or process alternatives.
    3. Knowledge of NetSuite preferred.
    4. Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
    5. Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and/or SQL

    Education:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

    Skills & Competencies:

    1. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    2. Knowledge of data visualization tools and SQL scripting.
    3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams or work independently.
    4. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and a self-motivated, results-driven mindset.

    Preferred Attributes

    1. Working knowledge of wireless manufacturing and distribution
    2. Excellent organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to handle complex datasets.
    3. Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and accuracy in all deliverables.
