Job Description: Executive Assitant
Overview: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to support various aspects of our business operations and fulfillment This role requires a blend of planning and administrative skills, as well as the ability to manage inventory, customer service. And this is a start up, which will require wearing multiple hats. The majority job will be data analytics and pre-screening sales representatives. You will work directly with the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Scheduling: Plan and organize tasks and events well in advance.
Research and Problem Solving: Conduct research to find cost-saving solutions and alternatives (e.g., for materials and services).
Inventory Management: Maintain inventory records and provide weekly updates.
Manage inventory-related tasks.
Customer Service and Sales Support: Interview potential sales representatives and manage virtual assistant tasks.
Helping with the customer service email.
Administrative Tasks:
Ensure virtual assistants perform weekly calls and helping to monitor their performance.
Miscellaneous Duties: Maintain and manage access to show schedules and manage UPS pickups
Requirements:
Atleast 4 years of practical experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Can easily move 30 lb boxes.
Reliable transportation and willingness to drive as needed.
Additional Information:
Must be adaptable and able to handle tasks at short notice.
